Andy Zain
Managing Partner
Andy Zain is the Managing Partner of Kejora Capital a growth stage venture capital firm based in Southeast Asia. Kejora was recognized as the Top Performing VC Fund in Asia-Pacific by Prequin in 2020 - 2021.
For almost 20 years, Andy has been a serial entrepreneur, an executive, and an advisor & involved in setting up businesses for several high-growth startups and working with global brand clients such as Disney Mobile, Yahoo! Mobile, Cartoon Network, EA Games, and Gameloft for go-to-market efforts in Southeast Asia.
He holds an MBA for Monash University Australia and Post Graduate Degree in Business Law & International Finance. He is also an advisor to Prasetiya Mulya Business School (Indonesia), co-authoring the curriculum for Magister Management (MBA) program for New Ventures Innovation.
Billy Boen
Partner, Fund Director
Billy Boen has been one of the most versatile professional-turned entrepreneur in Indonesia. His career revolves around multiple industries, including fashion/apparel, F&B, hospitality, distribution & retail, talent agency, and involving the world’s biggest brands such as Nike, Umbro, Oakley, Haagen-Dazs and Hard Rock Cafe. He created League, an Indonesia originated sports lifestyle brand (league-world.com).
Pursuing his keen interest in entrepreneurship, leadership, and investing, Billy founded PT YOT Nusantara (youngontop.com) in 2009. The company now becomes the largest youth communities in Indonesia, with millions of members across 24 cities in Indonesia and organizer of the largest youth and technology conferences in Indonesia. Billy also took roles as an angel investor, advisor, and founding several technology startups in the area of data analytics, job portal, fintech, agri-tech, gaming, and more. Billy is a mentor in PlugnPlay Tech Accelerator in Indonesia, ideabox, and Founder Institute Jakarta.
Having his exceptional network & experience, Billy recently appointed as Network & Strategy Advisor to the Board of Directors of Bank BRI, to help guide the next transformation of Indonesia’s largest retail bank (bri.co.id).
Billy actively shares his experiences both as a professional and an entrepreneur through various TV and radio shows, which he co-produced. His latest TV show, Unlock with Billy Boen, is still airing at MetroTV, and his radio shows are being syndicated to 21 cities with millions of viewers/listeners covering the topics of youth, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
Billy holds an MBA degree from the University of West Georgia, USA, from which he passed with Cum Laude recognition at the young age of 22 in 2000. He previously graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University, USA.
Shunichi Keida
Regional Partner / Advisor (Japan)
Mr. Keida has over 35 years of experience in the financial industry, mainly in investment banking. He has worked for major financial institutions in Japan, including the Mizuho Group and the Shinsei Group, and joined the SBI Group five years ago. Before assignment to the SBI holdings, Inc. Jakarta Representative Office in Indonesia, he was President of SBI Securities Hong Kong.
As the Chief Representative, he continuously builds strong relationships with local partners to gather insightful information and he hopes to leverage the SBI Group's ecosystem to contribute to Indonesia's economic development. Sunichi Keida holds a Bachelor in Laws from the Kyushu University and he is a chartered member of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan.
Andreas Surya
Partner, Director of Investment
Andreas has more than 18 years of professional experience in information technology and telecommunication global companies such as Cisco Systems and Nokia-Siemens Networks, covering engineering, sales, channel operations, and business development, including leading cloud computing initiatives.
He also founded MobileMonday Indonesia in 2008, one of the largest networking forums for professionals in the mobile industry. Andreas holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, and an MBA from University of Prasetiya Mulya, Indonesia.
Raymond Hor
Partner, Fund Director Orbit Malaysia
Raymond Hor, a serial entrepreneur and Fund Director of Orbit VC Malaysia, brings over a decade of experience in venture capital and startup growth. Currently serving as Managing Director at Orbit Capital Malaysia, a prominent venture capital firm co-managed by Sunway Group and Kejora Capital, he, with the support of MAVCAP, actively invests in and nurtures promising startups, contributing to Malaysia's vibrant startup ecosystem.
Raymond's leadership has resulted in successfully leading three companies to IPOs, showcasing his expertise in navigating the complexities of the startup landscape. As the collaborator at Sunway Corporate Venture Capital, he leverages Sunway's unique 12-industry ecosystem, focusing on building scalable and disruptive businesses in both B2B and B2C sectors.
Additionally, as a Partner at Kejora Indonesia, he actively contributes to the growth of the startup ecosystem in Southeast Asia. With a strong technical and business foundation, including a Dean's List Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Global MBA, Raymond is dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship and innovation in Asia.

Eri Reksoprodjo

Eri Reksoprodjo is a senior finance professional with 25 years of experience working at various international investment banks where he was involved in making principal investments both in Indonesia and abroad.
His experiences includes: Executive Director/Indonesia Country Manager for NATIXIS Corporate and Investment Bank, Senior Vice President at Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA), GM Finance Astra Group, Executive Director for Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (Singapore), Citibank Jakarta (IB), M&T Bank, Buffalo NY and Bank Central Asia. Eri successfully concluded a number of cross broader deals in M&A advisory (buy and sell sides) and fund raisings for major Indonesian private and sovereign credits. He was a Partner at Saratoga Asia Fund III. Eri holds MBA degree in Finance from State University of New York.
Makoto Miyazaki

Mr. Miyazaki is currently the Head of Overseas Business Administration Department at SBI Holdings, Tokyo, a role in which he oversees SBI’s asset management and financial services businesses across all countries outside of Japan. Mr. Miyazaki is a seasoned investment professional with more than 20 years experience in private equity and financial services across Asia. He has been with SBI Group for the last 16 years in various roles including heading SBI’s China operations, a member of the board of SBI Holdings as well as Executive Officer of the company.
Prior to SBI, Mr. Miyazaki worked in Taipei (Taiwan) from 1997 to 2001, first with ABN Amro Asset Management and then with CDIB Asset Management (fully owned by China Development Industrial Bank). Prior to this he started his career with UBS Securities in Tokyo. He speaks English, Japanese, and Mandarin fluently and has a BS (Major in Business and Minor in economics) from Western Oregon University (USA).
Richie Wirjan

Richie is an experienced entrepreneur, prolific public speaker, and mentor, with a track record of over 10 years in strategic consulting, sales and marketing. In 2014, Richie founded the global award-winning strategic consulting company, Credens Consulting, where he spent half a decade working with Indonesia’s largest blue-chip companies such as Martha Tilaar Group, Kompas, Kino, Indomaret, Sinarmas and more.
Apart from being an entrepreneur, Richie has held several keys roles in building Indonesia’s startup ecosystem. From taking on a Director role at Jakarta’s Founder Institute to frequently making guest appearances in startup conferences, events, and universities across Indonesia. Following his success as an entrepreneur, Richie joined Kejora Capital in 2019 to further strengthen the spirit of entrepreneurship and startup ecosystem in Indonesia.
