Resilient and Adaptive: SiCepat Sets Its Sights on Indonesia’s Next Logistics Growth Wave
Technology, data, and automation anchor SiCepat’s strategy for building a more resilient delivery network.
Kejora-backed SiCepat Ekspres highlights technology, data, and automation as three key foundations of building a resilient delivery network during the Indonesia Economic Outlook (IEO) 2027 earlier this month.
Joining a panel on logistics business strategy, SiCepat represented by Imam Sedayu, Commercial & External Affairs Director, shared the company’s strategic views on how those three can shape a shipment and delivery network that keeps pace as the economy grows.
“Technology, data, and automation are what allow us to build a delivery network that is efficient, resilient, and able to adapt. We are glad to take part in this conversation and to contribute to the nation’s logistics,” he stated.
Held from 6-8 October 2026, IEO 2027 is the fifth annual national economic and business strategy conference organized by Supply Chain Indonesia (SCI), a professional network focused on research, consultancy, and logistics. This year it ran under the big theme “Driving Growth in a Fragmented Global Economy: Strategy, Resilience, & Business Expansion”, offering strategic insights for decision makers across the industries.
He further added that the company’s participation strengthens its commitment and strategy as part of the logistic sector and Indonesia’s economic growth.
SCI projects Indonesia’s transportation and warehousing GDP will reach Rp1,713 trillion in 2027, growing 7.69%. That compares with a projected Rp1,597.5 trillion in 2026 and Rp1,466.2 trillion realized in 2025. Warehousing is the faster-growing subsector, projected to climb 10.65%.
SCI Founder & CEO Setijadi said the outlook shows the growing role of transportation, warehousing, and connectivity in supporting economic activity, goods distribution, trade, industry, and market development.
SiCepat is supported by more than 18,000 courier partners, and recently expanded beyond last mile delivery through a new end-to-end B2B service, SiCepat Logistik.
