Olsera Wins 2025 OMNI Awards for Supporting UMKM in More Than 500 Cities

Olsera, our portfolio UMKM platform, has won the Marketeers OMNI Brand of The Year Awards 2025 in the Online–Offline Community Engagement category.


Olsera’s application is used by hundreds of thousands of business owners across more than 500 cities in Indonesia, spanning food and beverage, retail, and services. CEO Novendy Chen said: “We believe technology is only beneficial if it answers the real needs of business operators directly.” Rather than limiting itself to transaction recording, the company positions itself as a partner across sales, bookkeeping, inventory management, and financial access, an end-to-end approach that goes beyond the point-of-sale category.


The OMNI Award reflects that approach, recognizing Olsera’s business education programs across cities, collaborative events with local communities, and “Selalu Ada” (Always There) campaign showcasing success stories of business owners. Jonathan Christian Susanto, Head of Marketing, said the award will serve as new energy for the team and a renewed commitment to innovation and stronger community synergies for Indonesian UMKM advancement.
