Olsera Partners with GoTyme Indonesia and Danabijak to Launch Indonesia's First Merchant Cash Advance
Olsera, a Kejora portfolio company, has partnered with GoTyme Indonesia and fintech Danabijak to launch Indonesia's first Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) product, a financing solution built around the realities of small merchant businesses.
The product targets a persistent gap in UMKM financing: most small merchants generate daily cash but lack the formal financial documentation or collateral required for traditional bank credit. MCA addresses this by providing merchants with upfront capital that is repaid through a percentage of daily card sales, tying repayment directly to business performance and reducing pressure during slower periods.
The three-way partnership draws on complementary strengths, GoTyme's lending capability, Danabijak's credit technology, and Olsera's direct access to hundreds of thousands of UMKM merchants. For small businesses, this means faster access to capital for inventory and operations without the barriers of conventional lending.
The launch is a meaningful signal of how UMKM operations platforms and financial services are converging in Indonesia, and it positions Olsera at the center of that shift.
