Graas.ai Secures $17M in Series, Acquires Trustana to Push Agentic Commerce
Kejora portfolio, Graas.ai has reached new milestones, securing a fresh US$17 million in Series B round from multiple investors and fully acquiring Trustana, a Singapore-based product data AI platform.
With the Trustana acquisition, Graas is doubling down on its agentic commerce ambitions. The company aims to strengthen its data capabilities and expand its footprint across Southeast Asia and India following the latest capital infusion.
“Together, we’re bringing product data + customer data = commerce context into one Commerce Knowledge Graph,” the company said in a recent post announcing the deal.
Graas co-founder and CEO Prem Bhatia told in an interview with Tech in Asia, that the acquisition is set to fuel business growth through the company’s agentic commerce product.
Trustana’s revenue is growing more than 50% year-on-year, led by verticals like agriculture, automotive, and consumer durables, while B2B agentic business is scaling even faster, growing over 100% annually.
What’s next: September will mark the company's integration period. Trustana will retain its brand, while its customers gain access to Graas’s broader product suite.
Graas, founded in 2022 by Bhatia and Ashwin Puri, is an AI-powered commerce intelligence platform that helps brands optimize performance in real time across channels, campaigns, and markets. The Singapore-headquartered company currently serves multiple markets in Asia Pacific, including India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Australia.
Agentic commerce is reportedly emerging as one of the fastest-growing corners of AI across Asia Pacific. Deloitte’s latest report in April 2026 highlights that 29% of consumer businesses in the region are adopting agentic AI, which is projected to surge to 76% within two years. Digitally fluent customers and advanced commercial ecosystems position the region to lead agentic commerce development.
