Foundation Healthcare Debuts on SGX, Takes a New Chapter for Integrated Care

Congratulations to our portfolio company, Foundation Healthcare, on its successful debut on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) Mainboard on July 8, 2026!

Kejora-backed Foundation Healthcare Holdings Limited (Foundation Healthcare) has officially listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Limited through an initial public offering (IPO). The corporate action marks the company’s major step to scale its vision, delivering integrated healthcare more efficiently, effectively, and sustainable.

Trading under the ticker FHH, Foundation Healthcare offered 162.57 million shares at $0.76 per share, raising approximately S$123.6 million in gross proceeds from the IPO.

Liaw Yit Ming, Executive Director and CEO of Foundation Healthcare, highlighted the SGX debut as a significant milestone for the company, underscoring the strength of its integrated health platform model and its growing position in the country’s healthcare ecosystem.

“As we build on this achievement, we remain committed to expanding our network of specialists and medical centres, enhancing care coordination and accessibility for patients, and extending our integrated model into new geographies, including Hong Kong and Malaysia,” Ming further added.

Looking ahead, FHH will focus on expanding its specialist network through targeted hiring and selective acquisitions, with a growing number of emerging specialists already secured and further opportunities under evaluation.

The company operates a network of medical centres and in-house specialists, complemented by its own facilities that enable right-sited care delivery for outpatient procedures. Since its founding in 2022, Foundation Healthcare has built the largest private multi-specialty healthcare platform in Singapore by number of specialists and clinics, spanning 16 medical specialties.

With Singapore's ageing population, the company is positioned to capture strong demand for specialist and ambulatory healthcare, driven by a rising chronic disease burden and growing emphasis on accessible, coordinated, and cost-efficient care.

This growth is already reflected in its latest financial performance. For the six month-period ending June 2026, FHH reported a 20.2% year-on-year increase in revenue to S$129.2 million, driven primarily by its Specialist segment. During the period, the company has successfully expanded its specialist network to 108, comprising 75 established and 33 emerging specialists, across 74 clinics.

Foundation Healthcare has received strong backing from notable investors, including SeaTown Holdings, owned by state investor Temasek, and Kejora Capital, through a joint fund, and Orbit Malaysia.
