Aerodyne Group Signs Landmark MoU with Phoenix-Wings to Advance Drone Delivery

Aerodyne Group, our portfolio Malaysia-based drone technology company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Phoenix-Wings, a German drone manufacturer, at XPONENTIAL Europe in Düsseldorf. The partnership aims to accelerate the commercialization of autonomous drone delivery networks.

The collaboration combines Aerodyne’s data analytics and operational expertise with Phoenix-Wings’ aircraft engineering, pairing real-time route optimization, predictive maintenance, and safety intelligence with scalable, commercial-grade drone hardware. The initial rollout will focus on Asia, with immediate use cases in medical supply delivery, parcel logistics, oil and gas operations, and offshore applications. Aerodyne’s track record across 45 countries and its established relationships with aviation authorities, position the company to accelerate BVLOS approvals and airspace integration.

The partnership reinforces Aerodyne’s positioning as the intelligence layer for autonomous logistics, rather than as a hardware manufacturer.
